Blowing molding

thin wall injection advantages

 Thin wall injection should be pay more attention for the product wall thickness, high production and short cycle time, It is have high requirement about the mould clamping system, mould cooling line and high precision during the mould manufacturing. So that we could reduce the injection molding cycle time and improve the production. And we also should pay more attention to the deformation in the samples.
Normally, we make thin wall plastic products with hot runner. The thin wall plastic molding have bellow advantages compare with traditional mould:
1.     shorten injection molding time. Because there is no limited for the cooling time of runner system, the products can be ejected after injection and molding. Normally ,thin wall injection cycle time can reach bellow 5 second with high speed injection system.

3.    After we test the mould, the welding line is clear to see. But we can solved by changing position of the gate.

We will design according to your product structure and technology. Mould design could be one cavity. Then we use MOLDFLOW to analyze the injection technology. And according to the product shape and injection technology, we would suggest the gate and the further design.

auto trim molding

Door trim can be divided into four types: left front trim, right front trim, left back trim, right back trim. As to the material , we often mainly use PP+EPDM-T20, Because of the assembly , the size
requirement of trim injection mould is very strict. For example, product surface isn’t allowed welding line, not allowed pin mark and have high requirement about the strength and flash not allowed.
Door trim mould steel material is usually 718H. And door trim mould tooling time is about 60days. The mould flow will use side fan-shaped gate. Because auto trim mould is interior parts mould, the function requirement is also very strict. We would test the product by smell, inflaming retarding, aging resistant, anti-seismic, low temperature, high temperature and scrape resistance ect.

As the mould structure:
Firstly, mould structure conclude hot runner protect guide pin, located ring, clamping block, pry pit, support plate, eye bolt and cooling line.
Secondly, mould base requirement as follows:
1.      hot runner guide pin should be 20mm higher than the nozzle to protect the mould when assembly.
2.     Two pry pit should have a certain space
3.     Support plate should be set.

Syringe Plunger Mould Component: inserted into the mould bases, the same parts in the mould are interchangeable

Syringe size from 1 to 50ml
Syringe Gasket Mould Cavities Nr. Up to 160 cavities.
Syringe Plunger Mould cavities and core steel material: Stavax S420 made in Sweden Assab Co. Stainless and temper steel
Slider for cores are Luer slip system
Injection Gate Type: sub- marine gate + hot runner bush(anole hot runner)
Product material: TPE OR Medical grade PVC
