Blowing molding

Plastic blowing molding technology is a kind of tooling process producing plastic products. But such technology is only fit for polyethylene, polypropylene, and any other engineering plastic.  Plastic blowing molding can be divided into three types: extrusion molding, injection blowing molding and stretch blow molding.

The process of injection blowing molding has three stages:

1. Melt and plastify: use extrusion machine or injection machine to melt material;

2. Parison formation: use the head of extrusion machine or injection machine to molding     parison.

3. Blowing molding: use air compressor to compress the air and help blowing molding.

Before the blowing molding, we should make a PET preform mould first.
