Syringe Mould cavities and core steel material: Stavax S420 made in Sweden Assab Co. Stainless and temper steel

Injection Gate Type: Pin point gate Hot runner system(anole injection system)

Product Material: PP or PE

Syringe Plunger cavities and cores finishing: mirror polishing finishing

Syringe Plunger Mould Component: inserted into the mould bases, the same parts in the mould are interchangeable

Syringe Plunger Mould life guarantee: minimum 5 million strokes

2.       Gasket Mould

Syringe size from 1 to 50ml

Syringe Gasket Mould Cavities Nr. Up to 160 cavities.

Syringe Plunger Mould cavities and core steel material: Stavax S420 made in Sweden Assab Co. Stainless and temper steel

Slider for cores are Luer slip system

Injection Gate Type: sub- marine gate + hot runner bush(anole hot runner)

Product material: TPE OR Medical grade PVC

Syringe Gasket Mould cavites and cores finishing: mirror polishing finishing

Syringe Plunger Mould Component: inserted into the mould bases, the same parts in the mould are interchangeable

Syringe Plunger Mould life guarantee: minimum 5 million strokes
