Mobile shell mould

Within the communicate technology fast development, mobile phone have become more and more popular in our daily life. Our mobile technology is developing toward two directions: one is function diversification, the other is beautiful and light appearance. Therefore, in the mobile study, the mobile shell manufacturing become significant。A full set of mobile shell manufacture is including structure design, mould manufacture, injection production, painting and so on. Every step will effect mobile appearance.

Mobile shell consist by four parts: front shell, front holder, back holder, back shell and some small spare parts, such as battery cover, press key and so on.

Today, let’s discuss about the mobile shell mould. Which points we should pay attention during the mobile shell mould manufacturing:

a.     during the mould design, we should check the mould about stripper direction, stripper angle, structure strength.

b.     To make sure if the design can available according to the mould drawing, including mould manufacturing, products assembling, shell painting and material choosing.

c.     Make sure whether the product will meet the clients requirement.

d.     We also should consider the actural structure design, and every manufacturing technology of spare parts for correct assemble way.

e.     We should stand in clients position for high efficiency production, low mould cost and production cost
