1.     Chair Mould cycle time.

If the temperature of cooling line is 8-12℃,chair weight is 1700g-2400g,its cycle time should be 35s-50s,if cycle time is longer, you can check the cooling line connection.

2.    Chair mould life

 Steel is one of the most important thing to effect mould life The mould life of 1.2738 is 500M.

3.    No flash in parting line

 Rough parting line is dangerous. What can we do to avoid rough parting line? As the answer, you should consider three points: 1. is the design of chair mould parting line correct? 2.Is cavity and core thick enough?3. how to tooling the cavity and core?

4.    Light weight and strong enough

It is important factor for a chair strong enough to hold a one common people. Meanwhile, the light weight is more popular in the chair trade.
