Air assistant technology



Gas assistant technology is a technology which inject a certain nitrogen with high pressure before injection finish(around 75%~99.9% plastic material filled the cavity),we use air to press the plastic to fill the left space in the products, which can avoid holding pressure after finish.So that we can save plastic raw material.

According to our experience, gas assistant is usually use in toilet parts(cover and seat, almost cover), plastic chair mould and some other big plastic parts. Using this technology can help clients save a lot of raw material cost. 

What’s more, we found during mould design, we can make more simple structure for gas assistant mould according to the mould flow analyze. Gas technology also can improve mould and machine life time ,because clamping force of the machine and mould inside pressure can be reduced. Gas assistant products have low probability have shringkage mark and demolding. The injection cycle time is also shorter compare with normal injection.

Zinc Casting Service



Zinc casting in China ,it is made the Zinc with melting statue ,then injected it into the mould,then got the goods with Zinc.

a.    Zinc die casting injection system parts: inject gate slide ,inject bushing,made it with injection system.
b.    Parts moulding:mould core is for made the main goods.
c.    Structure for Zinc die casting : entirety type and combined type.
Entirety type :mould core and cavity all made with the whole steel
Combined type : mould core and cavity made with whole steel,but inserted in the bolster ,use screw assembling.

Zinc mould main structure and including following five parts:

1.    Zinc die casting  moulding parts.
The parts after finished injected,is the one we wanted,we called molding parts. The moulding parts including stable and movable slider or mould core.some time,the molding parts also is one parts of injection system,like the gate is inside the parts.

2.    Zinc die casting mould  injection system
the melting zinc will be injected into the mould by the pressure die casting machine. The injection gate including the gate bushing,sprue sliders ,inside gate and venting system.
Because of the high temperature of melting Zinc ,so the mould should use the  heat resistant steel to promise the mould is good for produce the Zinc die casting mould . 

3.    Zinc die casting mould structure
Mould each partsmould base,mould each plate and other spear parts assembling together and stable, made the parts with perfect then could be fixed on the die casting machine.
Guide pillar and guide bushing has guiding function, so we call it guiding parts.thsy are promise the Zinc mould could moving based on the guide pillar and bushing direction ,made the mould forward and back on the correct position.

4.    Zinc die casting mould ejector and restoration
Ejector and restoration system including the ejector  parts to make sure  could return the mould .
At the same time,keeping the mould easy for clean the mould, designer will  design the mould with limited stop pin .


5.       As the other important points
Generally, we will use the hexagon socket  screw to connect each parts of the mould .promise the mould with good statues.

Maintain of the injection molding machine



To enlong the machine life time,the machine maintain is very important.,good maintain could reduce the cost and improving the production.Important,good machine could provide high quality products.

1.As a new machine ,then we should checking the machine before operation
Checking the oil tank:the volume should within the capacity
Checking the oil and indoor temperature: when the temperature is so low,then we should pre-hot the oil,if the temperature is so high,then we should adopt cooling equipment.
Checking the pressure gage,it could back to "0" or not
Checking the temperature control part:temperature controller,temperature sensor ,heating ring and so on.

2.when operating plastic injection molding machine:checking the pump send out the oil or not,with arguly voice or not,pressure gage normal or not?

3.Checking the oil ,pump shell, electromagnet temperature:oil temperature should be from 20 centigrade to 50 centigrade,pump shell temperature should be high than the indoor temperature from 10 centigrade to 30 centigrade.


4.Checking the voice :checking the oil pump ,electromagnet have arguly voice or not,keeping it at a good statues.

5.Pressure gage checking

6.Electrical device working condition, safety device reliability inspection

7.Checking column, oil cylinder components fastening nut and screw loose or not

8.When off work,should checking the machine,every parts back to good statues or not

9. Every three months checking the machine,and every year checking the machine

Plastic injection molding machine



Plastic injection molding machine assembling parts:
Plastic injection molding machine main function is cycling it from melt the thermoplastic material ,then injection, then pressurize and last cooling ,then got the products.
There are the normal parts assembling: Hydraulic system, injection system, mold system and clamping system.
Plastic injection molding machine injection system including hopper, rotating screw and nozzle, injection system main function is to responsibility feeding material, presure , venting, melt ,injection and pressurize.
1.Hopper from plastic injection molding machine: particle thermoplastic material install inside the hopper, then feed to the barrel and screw by the weight pressure
2.Barrel from plastic injection molding machine: the barrel loaded the rotating screw and heated by the heating ring.
3.The rotating screw from plastic injection molding machine:
It function is for pressure, melting and delivery the material, and it formed with feed zone, transition zone and metering zone. 
When the screw outside dimeter is stable, the depth of rotating screw's thread will be cut down from feed zone to metering zone, then the material will be melt by it. the heating ring outside the barrel could keeping the material with melting status. Generally, one set of plastic injection molding machine will have 3 zones or more heating rings for keeping the temperature , the heating rings with different temperature due to it in different zones. 
4.Nozzle from plastic injection molding machine, the nozzle connected with barrel and main sprue bushing of the mold, and made the apace with sealing.
The nozzle temperature should be the same with the plastic material melting temperature or a little lower than it, it could suggest by the material supplier, because they have more professional ideas.
When the barrel in a status of full material and will be injection, the head of the nozzle should be in a correct position 
When clean the barrel, should remember to backward the barrel , should take part of the sprue, then the material will falling directly.
Hydraulic system:
Plastic injection molding machine could supplier a force for open and close the mold , rotating and drive the screw, push the ejector pin and made the core moving. this step need the pump ,valve and motor ,connector and so on parts cooperation.
Control system:
Control system could promise the equipments keep working for a long time, could administrate and control the date like temperature ,pressure ,injection speed and the screw speed, position ,and the hydraulic system status.

Plasticinjection molding machine function of the clamping unit:
1.support the mold
Supporting the mold together with the leading it opening and closing , then it required the clamping system have enough force to moving the movable platen.
2.clamping the mold
When the melting plastic material is injection to the mold cavity should keep the mold with sealing status, so need it to clamping the mold .

When the products molding, mould opening, need it provide ejection force.
