Molds Food Container

Food container molds are very attractive for investors as it is a high profit project. It is easy for injecting and maintenance. So, molds for food container are very popular among customer and plastic molds markets.

For food container die, we chose P20 or 718H for mold cavity and mold core, with HRC 29-30. 718H is better since it is easy for saving polishing time. The injection gate is hot runner system, we supplier mold with our hot runner system which could guaranteed 18 months. For container die, the ejection way is air and stripper. And for container lid die, the ejection way is ejection pins. Besides, we also pay more attention on cooling system and air venting system. What’s more, easy for mold operation, we design water nipple in non-operation side for customer.

After container mold and lid mold test, we will test the fitting. No matter short side and long side, the fitting will better tested before sending to customer. If need water sealing, SINO design team will have special drawing for the lid and container groove. We will ensure good function and nice appearance.
