Our exported injection mould has below feature:

1.      Precision mold dimension. Our injection mould factory has high tooling equipment, such like, Shaddick EDM, Agie Charmilles wire cut, bridge coordinate measuring machine and so on. We will offer our client dimension report. The tolerance will keep within +/-0.01mm.

2.      Our mold design will analysis part structure, then to design the cooling system, air venting system. If client require, we will use Be-cu. It will better for mold cooling and will cut the mold cycle time. Besides, we could use Moldflow software to forecast the injection possibility.

3.      Suitable manufacture process: In order to catch up timely mold delivery date, our technical engineer will arrange manufacture schedule. And our PMC (Product Material Control) department will follow and urge the mold manufacture.

4.      Injection molding machine parameter: we will adjust mold and will offer client machine parameter for reference.
