bucket mold important point

The bucket mould from Sino Holdings with skillful and enough experience in its manufacturing and tooling for every steps before shipping.

Generally speaking,the most important points are as followings:

1.the ribs of bucket will be one of the point we should think about. the ribs and buckets will influence the mould ejector.

2.The air gas also helped the bucket ejector,so when we design the bucket mold should take this point account .

3.The water line also could help produce high quality buckets,so we designer will based on the product design good recycle water line.

4. Sometime, the bucket will need filling, we should design the mold injection gate on the bottom of the bucket, because it is important to get a full product during inejction

5.The bucket molding will have 4 sliders to help demolding. The slider will be driven by hydro-cylinder.

6.The bucket mould should consider the water sealing problem. when the bucket equipped with the cover and the handle,we should checking the overal.

Sometimes,clients need we test the products after injection,testing the bucket sealing and dropping performance which is required before taking the order.

How to choose a suitable plastic injection molding machine

Products and material decide the locking tonnage ton.Should reach the mould locking force.

Fifthly: injection fully 

Decided by the products weight and cavities to choice the suitable Screw. Otherwise the produts cannot filled all during injection.

Sixth: injection well

Plastic material decide the screw compression ratio and the injection pressure.

generally ,the smallest screw could provide the higher injection pressure .

Toilet injection molding

Nowadays, toto toilet have a big market in home appliance injection molding area. Many plastic injection toilet parts have become more and more popular in plastic injection molding area, such as plastic injection toilet seat, plastic injection toilet cover.

For the toilet plastic injection mould, we need to pay attention bellow points:

1. Plastic choosing: Usually, we use PP raw material for toilet cover and seat. But as the developing of the toilet injection molding, we will use ABS material.

2.  Toilet product shape analysis and injection gate ensurence: injection gate will effect product appearance and assemble.so it is important for injection gate choose.

3.   Steel material: we usually use DIN1.2344 material. If clients requirement is not so high, we could choose 718H or P20.

4.   Toilet products have high requirement for assembling gap.

5.   As the A surface, our requirement usually is mirror polish. The product surface do not alloed the ejector mark. And the surface should have no insert mark and parting line.
