Plastic injection molding mould usage and maintenance

As a mould manufacturer, we have many years experience In mould correct usage and mould maintenance.

Firstly, we need to choose a suitable injection machine, plastic injection mold design is made by plastic injection machine. We need to choose one injection machine satisfied the plastic injection mould production, such as injection machine capacity, clamping force, injection pressure, distance between tie-bras, and mould thickness. We need to check if this information is fitting for the mould and machine.

Secondly, we need have professional engineer to put the mould on the machine and assemble the mould correctly.

Thirdly, in products molding condition, we need to choose small clamping force ,injection pressure and the lowest mould temperature and low material flow.

Fourth, when adjust the machine ,we need to adjust slowly to avoid the mould damaging.

Fifth, when mould stripper the products, we need to adjust the action process, speed and stripper pressure. We need to consider the product appearance.

Sixth, usually, the mould temperature should be check if it is in the required range.

Seventh, when we pick the products out, we need to keep the mould cavity clean, no oil and no waste material.
