Plastic cap injection mould checking:

1. Mold core, cavity and slider should check the hardness.

2. Mold main spare parts dimension test and control. During every tooling, we use testing machine for size testing and control the parts size strictly.

3. Mold cooling line should be well cleaned to ensure the well cooling effect.

4. Mold cavity and core should be polished well

5. After confirmation by clients, we will nickeling the mould.

6. And every mould, we will produce for 2 hours before we shipping the mould.
