Cap design requirement:
(1) Assemble:
cap, bottle and washer should be assembled properly.
(2) Seal
effect: washer and inner ring should be elastic, heat-resisting, extrusion
resisting. There should be a certain pressure between bottle and cap to avoid
the loose of the assemble.
(3) Strong
enough: Cap should not have deformation problem. If a cap have a deformation
problem, it will not cause bad appearance, but also have a certain influence in
cap seal function. It ca not accept by most clients.
(4) Easy
to be open: as the caps, the important thing is easy to be opened, and open
fast for people. Of course, in the meantime, it should not hurt people and do
not need other tool to open it. And suitable torque force, pulling force,
prying force should be take into view also.
(5) Close
again: when you open the cap , you should consider if it can be close again
easily.
(6) Other
function: Tamperproof Cap, child-resistant closure, facilitate –use cover
