The different of over mold and double color injection mold: the over mold means that injecting one part first, then telescoping it to another mold and be to a new part.

Double color includes independent double color and mixed double color: independent double color means that making two kinds of colors on one machine, usually finishing it by displacing the cover mold (by turning mold). A double mold needs making two sets of mold, the same two sets of cavity, and different two sets of cover. Two sets of mold base can be exchangeable; Mix double color, just needs one set of mold and the special plastic machine, which is annex two pieces of independent nozzle, and control the injection parameter of each nozzle independent.

Main injection unit is mounted in the center of the fixed platen. Side injection unit installs vertically upon the main unit with a certain oblique angle, It takes full advantage of space without occupying larger floor space.

Main injection unit and side injection unit can be controlled separately and produce mixed color products as different requests.
