With product design, we will make a PPT to analyze all the details in the products. After clients’ confirm the products design, we will quickly make mold design for clients. Also with mold opening analyze, mold design will be sent to customer for confirm.

Finishing all the confirmation, we will start purchasing the steel material and start tooling. During the tooling, our QC department will control dimension all the time. They will control all the size according to the drawings strictly! And ensure mold quality during mold manufacturing. Later we will test the mold in our own machine.Only after clients confirm all the parts ,we will ship the mould.
