How to check plastic cap mold?

As a professional plastic injection mold supplier, we have our own quality control process. And during the mold production, we will make strict test and confirm to ensure the mold quality.

But how to check the cap products is important point to check plastic injection mold. Bellow is our opinion in this point:

Cap products appearance check (better to check in the sun)

1. Cap samples filled all the area, with full structure, smooth appearance, no shrinkage, no flash.

2. Color is even, no color aberration

3. No black points, no oil mark

4. Can assemble well with bottle easily

Plastic cap injection mold checking:

1. Mold core, cavity and slider should check the hardness.

2. Mold main spare parts dimension test and control. During every tooling, we use testing machine for size testing and control the parts size strictly.

3. Mold cooling line should be well cleaned to ensure the well cooling effect.

4. Mold cavity and core should be polished well

5. After confirmation by clients, we will checking the cap mold, exactly for the dimension.

6. And every mold, we will produce for 2 hours before we shipping the mold.
