Hanger mold

With the development of society, we seek for high life quality, which mean living in clean and tidy house. With the four seasonal changing, the clothers and shirt should be hanger sometimes. As a hanger moldmanufacture in china,we have rich experience for such mould manufacturing.

 In my memory, one of Australian customer’s hanger ever bought mould in our factory, we sells our plastic injection mold all over the world. old is the most profound image, because of hanger mold with the European quality. The mold use DIN.2738 steel material in four cavities with hot runner. The hanger product weight is 90g, the customer require the tolerance +-0.5g.

With our experience accumulated, we add 15mm thickness on the cavity and core than before in order to avoid deformation. The molds half precious milling and precious milling are all in the stable temperature machining workshop, otherwise just precise milling is in air conditioner workshop. 

After the precise machining, before it taking for assembling, there is dimensions inspection according to the printing drawing. All dimension must meet within drawing tolerances. Otherwise if it not meet, the steel material will be milling again and will waste more time for both of clinets and our supplier. The another important point is polish, especially for the product parting line. The parting line usually is at the middle of the product. One half is in cavity and the other is in the core.

As for last step in tooling, we use hand-made polishing to avoid polishing parting line flash .Our hand polish can reach mirror effect. The begining of testing ,we should not only pay more attention that not only the parting line is very comfortably but also the weight tolerance need to reach customer’s requirement.
