to add some ribs to improve chair strength. During the design, we also could
calculate or analyze the force of each area. If you want to make a light chair
but strong enough, you can choose a very low MFI PP material. But in this way,
you need to know attention the injection filling during mould testing. Usually
the material MFI would be 4-6.
