Capsule cap mold

Capsule cap mold takes a large proportion among shipment mold each year. Based on rich experience and high precision tooling equipment, we could offer clients various good quality medical cap tools.

Capsule cap mould steel: We chose S136 stavax made in ASSAB, tempered with HRC 45-48. This steel will guarantee mold life 1M or even longer if you have normal mould maintenance.

Capsule cap mold ejection way: According cap structure and mounted bottle, we will chose suitable ejection way. If the depth of screw is not deep, the stripper ejection way is better. It will improve cycle time, and correspondingly, to increase the capsule cap production. Compared to stripper, the unscrewing ejection will protect the cap strew totally if the strew cap is deep.

Capsule cap tool quality control: we have mold quality control department to check mold each processing. Take advantage of bridge coordinate measuring machine and part able measuring machine, we will ensure each mold plate high precision. Before mold shipment, the quality control also will check the cooling system, mold ejection system, hot runner system. If client need, we also could offer electric of erode with mold delivery.
