Capsule cap mould steel: We chose S136 stavax made in ASSAB, tempered with HRC 45-48. This steel will guarantee mold life 1M or even longer if you have normal mould maintenance.

It will improve cycle time, and correspondingly, to increase the capsule cap production. Compared to stripper, the unscrewing ejection will protect the cap strew totally if the strew cap is deep.
