.TV shell mould machine



TV shell mould production would use TV shellinjection molding machine .We use our DAKUMAR injection molding machine for it.

Based on the 32''TV shell molds, the machine used is 1600T due to it with size around 1350*1450*700mm.

The machine we used is based on the injection weight.

first, according to the products decide use which kind of plastic material. Then calculate the injection weight.

Then based on the tie -bar distance choice the suitable machine.Because we need to put the mould on the machine.

Customer usually will adopt our suggestion to select our SERVO injection molding machine, which can save around 30-70% electrical power.

Preform Molding



As a perform molding manufacturer and exporter , we are devote to give our customers best service among perform industries.

Generally, the perform molding main equipments are: injection molding machines, plastic material dryer, material autoloader, cooling system, arefaction system and color machine.
Injection molding machines: we used is the hydraulic clamping machines, and it has clamping system, injection system, robot, electronic controller system.
As the perform mold, is has 6 main parts: injector plate (include moving plat and stable plate).moving plate including core, cooling system, ejector plate and press mold. Stable plate is including cavity, valve plate and hot runner .

Auxiliary machines for injection molding machines to got injection moldings.
a.      Plastic material dryer: for dryer PET original material
b.      Autoloader: it could control the volume of material
c.      Cooling machine: providing enough pressure and watering volume
d.      Air dryer machine for helping dry, and speeder dry material.
e.      Color mix machine: stock color for different color requirements.

Perform molding injection, the PET material should be dried for at least 8 hours then could be melt with good state.

Injection preform molding step:
Melting the material by the screw high speed turning, and the speed is very important for melt , it is too slow, then the PET material will not be melt properly ,if too fast, then the PET material will be burns. Of course the barrel is important for heating.

Injection step: it means injection the melting material to the mould .it need the injection molding machine provide the injection pressure for help the material full in the mould.

Then will need some time for keep pressure for the preform molding.

After that, then cooling the mould, the injection gate on the mold will be closed ,then cooling the mould by air and oil.

Got the perform moldings: this is the last step .some customer need the robot for pick up the mold, some are let the perform molding drop automatically.

 The technological parameter is very important for perform molding. As a perform mold manufacturer for many years, we have rich experience at this area.

injection molding machine working principle



Injection molding machine, one of important factors in plastic injection molding production line.There are many brand injection molding machine all over the world. But not all the brand is good.

According to our experience, here we concluded our injection molding machine working principle.

Injection molding machine assembling with four main parts.

Adjust unit
automatic mould height adjustment shorten the time and reduce money when changing the mould.

Hydraulic unit
Hydraulic system adopt the famous brand pump and control valve ,controlling the machine operation precise ,make suer the machine precising and stability when operating.

Clamping unit
To ensure the a stable and rigid clamping system ,we adopt with FEM software.The five point inward moving double toggle system ensures high rigidity and precision for mould clamping and also reducing stress and strain effects.

Injection unit
To make sure the stress on screw balance when injection,we use dual pillar to supporting,use dual cylinder to injection.

preform molding recycle time



As we all know, PET prefrom injection molding cycle time will be effected by many factors, such as the molding cooling design, PET preform cavity number, PET preform product weight, mold structure, machine function and so on.Today let us talk about how PET preform products weight effect the preform molding cycle time.

Preform mould from Sino-pk who is a subsidiary of Sino Holdings, with high precision dimension, high quality.

Preform mould has different cycle due to different preform dimension and weight.
The following weight and cycle time are the normal in our daily made preform mold:
1.7g preform mold cycle time is 12s-13s
2.17g preform mold cycle time is 15s-18s
3.23g preform mold cycle time is 18s-20s
4.100g preform mold cycle time is 40s-50s

The normal cycle time based on the different weight ,generally with 20cavities,if the
Cavity is more than that, then the cycle time will be more time.

We could provide customer hot runner due to some preform products with hot runner
Could promise the product more perfect.

We also could provide customer injection machine based on the mold dimension.
